Arch. Roberto Corradini, Light Designer

Prof. Marco Palandella, Lighting DesignerRoberto is a Registered Architect and an independent Lighting Designer, former PLDA member. Educated as an architect, after his graduation at IUAV University of Venice (Italy) has practiced for several years in various scale architecture projects in Italy and abroad. He has completed lighting projects including exhibitions, museums, hotels, residential projects, churches, retail stores, landscapes and gardens, historic buildings and urban master-planning.
In the architectural lighting field, his interests are focused to explore the ways that light affects peoples’ environments and creates different settings and moods. He is a member in the composition of Italian National Association for Standardization UNI / WG 023 Technical Body for "Light design".

Prof. Marco Palandella, Light Designer

Prof. Marco Palandella, Lighting DesignerMarco Palandella is an independent lighting designer, former PLDA member. Born in Casale Monferrato and educated as an electrical engineer, after his graduation has practiced for several years in various scale projects in Italy and abroad. He started to work as a lighting designer on several illumination projects of sites of historic and artistic interest, and public venues, which were awarded with important prizes and gained national recognition.
His long experience with the Soprintendenza – government organizations devoted to the preservation of the artistic, architectural and archaeological heritage - has enabled him to further develop his skills and to handle effectively multiple projects within overlapping deadlines. He is currently professor in Lighting Techniques at university of Lugano SUPSI Switzerland, Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. He is also advisor of the Communication University of China in Beijing for the years 2017 - 2019. He is member of the IALD (International Association of Lighting Designer’s) Education Trust Board Of Directors. He is a member in the composition of Italian National Association for Standardization UNI / WG 023 / GL 12 Technical Body for "Light design".
